He’s a nationally recognized authority on men’s health; author of Blueprint for Men’s Health, Your Head: An Owner’s Manual, and other books on the topic; co-founder of Healthy Men Inc.; host of the nationally syndicated “Positive Parenting” radio show and podcasts; and creator of the nationally syndicated “Healthy Men” column. He’s also a pioneering thought leader in the field of fatherhood whose best-selling books include The Expectant Father, The New Father, The Single Father, and Father for Life. His columns, radio shows, public speaking, and extensive media appearances have helped millions of men around the world become the fathers they want to be—and that their children need them to be.
